Y16 Series Multi-directional Forging Hydraulic Press Forged Automotive Intermediate Shaft
Traditional intermediate shaft forging requires multiple steps and processes (free forging billet—forming upsetting—pre-forging—final forging—trimming), which is complex, relies on manual operation, and has low efficiency. Multi-directional forging hydraulic presses are equipped with vertical main cylinders and horizontal side cylinders, which can simultaneously load in multiple directions, realizing one-time closed-die forging of complex stepped shafts, perforated cavity structures, etc.
The multi-directional forging hydraulic press adopts an integral frame structure, providing high rigidity and strong resistance to eccentric loads. Equipped with a servo control system and intelligent control panel, it enables process parameter presetting, data acquisition, and full-process monitoring, ensuring high consistency in forging quality. Actual production verification shows that the improved process avoids defective parts caused by manual operation, significantly improving the stability of forging quality.
Multi-directional forging hydraulic presses offer significant advantages in forging automotive intermediate shafts, particularly in terms of material utilization, mechanical properties, production efficiency, cost control, and product consistency. In the future, driven by the demand for new energy vehicles, accelerated breakthroughs in domestic technologies, and the deep integration of intelligent and green technologies, multi-directional forging technology will usher in even broader development prospects, becoming an important direction for the precision forming of automotive parts.
