Globally, especially in developing countries, environmental requirements are becoming increasingly stringent. Old-fashioned forging hammers (such as vacuum hammers) and friction presses, characterized by high energy consumption, high noise levels, and low efficiency, are being largely replaced by efficient, energy-saving, and clean hydraulic CNC hammers. This is the most fundamental and sustained driver of demand.
With rising global labor costs, the demand for automated and intelligent manufacturing has surged. CNC hammers are easily integrated into automated forging production lines, reducing reliance on skilled operators and improving production stability and safety.

The total price of CNC hammers exported to Japan (CIF or DDP terms) mainly consists of the following components:
Equipment cost
Automation level
Localization adaptation cost
Packaging and shipping: Shipping costs from major Chinese ports to Japan (e.g., Yokohama, Osaka) are relatively short, but need to be included in the cost. Additional fees apply if the equipment is oversized or overweight.
Insurance and customs duties
Installation, commissioning, and technical services.
