It retains the characteristics of hammer-type equipment while overcoming the disadvantages of steam-air hammers, impact hammers, and high-speed hammers, such as high energy consumption, large vibration, inconvenient operation, and excessively high force-to-weight ratio.
The Hydraulic Closed Die Forging Hammer features a high striking frequency and extremely low back pressure in the upper chamber during the return stroke, eliminating any hammer jamming.
